Personality: As a soldier, Calypso is very courageous and persistent in battle, and these traits often extend to her daily life as well. Due to her species and rank, Calypso has violent tendencies and occasionally gives her targets serious injuries during practice sessions. She emphasizes the aspects of honor and dignity, and she will not hesitate to ostracize a fellow soldier if they lose a battle or mess up on a tactic. The Mirror Dragon frequently leaves Clan territory due to her nomadic nature, and she frequently fights other Clans while she is away, leaving the council members to deal with the angry representatives of other Clans at their doorstep. Despite her tendency to wander off, Calypso is stalwart to Lady and Raymond, and she will fight to the death if they are threatened in any way whatsoever.

Familiar: Horace the Sickle Kamaitachi. Calypso found Horace while training, and she quickly grew envious of the Kamaitachi's skill and accuracy as he slashed his targets into pieces. Over time, she befriended Horace with pieces of meat and seafood, and he taught her the battle moves of a Kamaitachi. Currently, the two are close training partners, and they are almost never seen without each other in battle.

Reputation: As one of Raymond's best subordinates, Calypso receives plenty of respect and flattery from her commander and fellow soldiers. However, they are unnerved by Calypso's violent tendencies, and Raymond is currently training her to control them during practice sessions. Moreover, she receives a considerable respect from Lady, who awarded her the title of Conqueror after she forcefully annexed territory from nearby Clans, helping to add more territory to the Sorexian Clan. Most of the Sorexian Council members are weary of having to deal with the Clans Calypso fights when she is wandering, yet they do not say much because they know that speaking up would anger Lady.

Backstory: When she was a hatchling in the Shifting Expanse, Calypso already knew what to do when she grew up: become a fighter for Stormcatcher and help the Lightning flight become dominant. She voluntarily exalted herself when she came of age and spent many years fighting other Clan for Stormcatcher's cause. She never wanted to quit fighting, but she was laid off by her deity after a particularly harsh argument between the two. Angrily grumbling under her breath, she reluctantly left Stormcatcher's ranks and decided to settle down and join a Clan. That was when she found a Spiral dragon named Murielle, and Calypso instantly became attracted to her and her mesmerizing flight patterns. Murielle was already a member of the Clan when Calypso found her, and she did not hesitate to follow her back to her Clan, enraptured with how she moved in flight and how she fiddled at objects with the utmost precision. Calypso's adoration of Murielle was only briefly set aside when she joined the Clan and the ranks of a Mirror commander named Raymond. There, she proved to be an adequate fighter, and she soon gained her title of Conqueror after forcefully annexing territory from nearby Clans. After gaining her title, Calypso noticed that Murielle was becoming attracted to her too, and the two confessed and became mates soon after. Since then, Calypso's life has been peaceful, and she is currently considering adopting a hatchling with Murielle.
