Hoshimi is a witch striving to reach the top of the ranks as a witch. When she first becomes important in the story she's relatively powerful and working personally with the High Priestess in Seraphim's Arcane Order. She hopes to work her way up to the Crone in the Fates, which would give her the advantage when trying to become the High Priestess at the right opportunity.
