I was immediately drawn to Regis the moment I saw him. Normally I dislike both tiger and paint but he is ravashing. The conjurer cloak under the midnight overcoat is a fantastic layering idea which gives off a terrifyingly dignified vibe. With the smoke gene, gothic apparel, and color scheme, I can't help but feel like he's straight from an Edgar Allen Poe poem.

This is the kind of dragon that buys off city council members, comes out on top in international spy games, steals both computer and biological viruses, and sets buildings on fire just to watch them burn. At least he'll save the cat, I guess.
Very scary dragon. Will own all of Sornnieth if not stopped.
