Biography
╭━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╮
Arrossire is the fellow leader to Hyperion among the Aetherwoods. He was born among the Starwood Strand to a small tribe of dragons with culture and bloodlines deeply rooted in the land. Others outside their secluded land whispered about them, and their magic being tainted, or perhaps blessed, with an otherworldly touch. Indeed, the practices of Arrossire's people was intertwined with that of the Fair Folk, and Arrossire was named a knight and sent to serve as ambassador to the Court. He emerged Changed, and was outcast as cursed even to his own Clan. He then found and settled with Hyperion, who loved him despite the erratic nature of his magic.

Freedom from the Faerielands
╭━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╮
Arrossire had never known a night so dark and eternal. He raised a talon to brush ever so gently over rotting scales that harbored no more pain, no more feeling. The rot of magic that belonged to an age long past had wound its spindly veins through every hollow place in his bones. He had, at last, became the infection, and the infection had become him, waiting to burn through the last of his resolve in a pathetic finale, a quiet implosion. It was then that Arrosire decided that he would burn today, but not as a hollow form turned to ashes upon the wind, but as a spectacle, a bright star among the celestial sky. It was then that he placed the fae king’s crown upon his head and Named himself King of Broken Things, King of Redemption. As its stone of its spires pierced his scales, the darkness burst forth and swept over the heavens, smothering their glow and returning it to a primordial form of night. He stole a bated breath and cast his eyes upwards to behold a sky of extinguished stars, and then, all other senses plunged to dormancy as he felt the corona burn around him, and he transcended to the form of the sole heavenly body among that accursed eternal night, a prevailing light to lead a new era.

The Aftermath
╭━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╮
When Arrossire had emerged from the Unseelies’ court, one may not have been able to tell at first glance that he had been changed at all. Their minds glossed over the subliminal sharpness to his teeth that surely had not been there before. They failed to register the slight sentience that his shadow had taken. Instead, they hailed the glorious homecoming of the Knight of the Aetherwoods. No, instead the Clan had swarmed him, fervently pouring out their relief at his triumphant return and marveled at his unscathed appearance after so perilous a journey. And he knew, now, that his brethren spoke no lies, but instead betrayed every truth to him. The words they spoke flowed freely and without hesitation, and Arrossire rejoiced in the assurance that they welcomed him home with sincerity. The spiral silently whispered a partial blessing unto his veracious influence, reveling in the thrill of acceptance, yet he languished; for even the kind words which spilled out to him rotted his bones ever so slowly. The Court had granted him reprieve from ever worrying after the earnestness of even his dearest friends’ words. The restlessness that sprung from his doubt had once incessantly plagued him with a taunting chorus of speculative thought. The Court had laid upon Arrossire an enchantment that rendered those around him unable to obscure truth. Such a prowess may not eternally be called a blessing, as the usage of fae magick by mortal dragons is taxing indeed, and expends their mana greatly. The oblivion of inundation by otherworldly energy is a darkness that the Knight had come to know well.
