❧ Partis (Parr-Tiss) Researcher-Botanist Eccentric | Responsible | Uninhibited Partis is, like most spirals, easily excited and eccentric. Unlike many spirals, other than ice elementals, she is able to reign in that excitement and focus it. She may not sleep much due to insomnia and her work getting the best of her, but Partis is one of the hardest working dragons in all of the Valkadomus clan. With a love for learning and one-upmanship, Partis has dedicated her life to studying energy and by extension the Shade which she believes is an ancient and powerful, sentient form of energy. There is rarely a moment that Partis doesn't have her nose in a book taking notes on the effects of the shade. Someday, she even intends to go looking for the Shade to study it more intimately.

Once a powerful war general in her previous clan, Partis learned self-discipline and how to fight like even the largest of dragons. Furious on the battlefield, she had taken many lives in the name of her previous clan, only to fail when her matriarch fell when the Shade attacked. Since then, Partis has turned her back on the way of battle and turned her attention to learning more about the strange energy that had taken over her matriarch and turned her against the clan. During her search for answers, Partis came upon the Arcane University of Incredible Mastery and bullied her way into the library to learn more of the Shade. After hearing that a particular fae had been studied the shade before being expelled for classified reasons, Partis left to find this 'Polarisari' and to get as much information from him as she could. After finding him after years of searching, Partis came to take up residence in the Valkadomus clan that was ran by Polarisari and not the Freihault the other dragons believed ran the clan. Reluctantly, Polaris broke down under Partis' insistence to learn of the shade, allowing her access to his notes and library as long as she returned this favor by working for him as head researcher, gave him any information she came up with, and when able, taught new clan members how to protect themselves from outsiders. Partis was more than happy to agree to his terms. |
