Starseer is a blind, effeminate male Skydancer who was born with the curse of prophetic vision and extreme empath powers. He has traveled from place to place restlessly in search of peace and peace of mind, only to find war and strife wherever he rest his feet. It is only in the lush forests of the glades and across open sands that the palpable pressures of his powers ease off his weary mind and body.

He speaks softly and with a tender voice, bleeding compassion for those of all walks and clans. He does not lift a claw in hostility, even to those who approach him with such, and always attempts to defer than engage. In a situation where violence can not be avoided, he uses his psychic abilities to disable his attacker and move on if allowed. If not, he will not hesitate to rid the world of one who would do ill to others less fortunate than them.
