______ The oldest members of the clan remember the General as he once was. The young Imperial was bright and full of spirit, having coming straight from the Sunbeam Ruins. He made well with the Matriarch of the clan, and soon became the General.

He led with great vigor, and many of the clan members loved Lunar. He was a kind dragon of whom helped wandering creatures by providing them with food to eat and a place to stay.

It all changed when he entered the forest.

The clan had been located on the shores of the Tangled Wood. Only Shadow dragons dared enter the forest. The General and his entourage had entered the wood to track a lost familiar. Lunar had gotten separated from his group, and reappeared several hours later.

In the depths of the forest, The Shade consumes another victim.

Something was off. The clan was sure of it. The General became more dark and secluded, often disappearing into the forest for days at a time. He returned each time looking more and more twisted and dark.
The Shade demands a sacrifice.


They all saw it. They saw him leave the lair with an unsuspecting hatchling. They said nothing.

The General returned two hours later. The hatchling was not with him.
