Biography
She came from Wispwillow Grove. When she was hatched, her clan's founder was unhappy with her colorations, and thus she was rejected. Originally to be exalted, she was rescued with a rival clan attacked. She snuck onto the caravan of the offending clan. She fell off by accident and landed at such an angle that her left hind ankle snapped. She limped on, not stopping until she was within civilization.
In the Sundial Terrace, she was able to find a doctor. Unfortunately, it was too late to set the bone in her ankle without having to rebreak it. Instead he gave her an ankle brace, to help her support the malformed limb.
As a Guardian, she knew about The Search, but because she was rejected at hatch, she didn't know what it was or what she was searching for. She knew nothing about her instincts; as such, she didn't find her Charge, nor did she search for it.
She did leave the Sundial Terrace seven days later. She knew she needed to get home somehow. She set off, limping along. She took a wrong turn and ended up on the outskirts of the Highland Scrub. She was captured and brought to the Tempest Spire, to be judged by the Stormcatcher. Not favoring an outsider in his domain, the Lightning deity ordered for her to either be exalted or killed. The Lightning Sprite seemed to sympathize with her, as it convinced the grumpy Lightning dragon to give her work.
She worked hard, as hard as she possibly could with her ankle. Yet, despite this, the Stormcatcher was unhappy with her constant limping. He ordered her to leave or be killed.
You can guess which she chose.

Dustic is nothing short of fierce and powerful. She's a hard worker, even with her ankle.
