XXXTamora
role in clan (Nurturer? Mother? Nanny?) and magical powers go here

Tamora has always been fond of hatchlings. They’re wonderful little bundles of joy. She loves nothing more than spending time with them, and helping them with anything they need. Tamora can be strict, when it comes to the hatchlings, though, especially when it comes to activities that could hurt them. Despite being a motherly sort of dragon, Tamora is also very cunning and sly. Many dragons tend to underestimate her, and she takes full advantage of that to protect the ones she cares about.

Nobody can quite remember how Tamora came to their clan. Although she is originally from the Ice Flight, she has been in this clan for so long, always willing to take care of the hatchlings of other dragons if they need help. She fills in where others either can’t or don’t want to. When Warriors have hatchlings and then don’t have time to care for them, Tamora steps in. If a hatchling is found wandering, alone and lost, in their territory, Tamora will step in and care for them until they are old enough to take care of themselves.

There are a few tales told about Tamora. As Tamora is originally from the Ice Flight, no dragons within the Nature Flight know much about her past. Some dragons whisper that she used to be a warrior until she had a hatchling and decided to devote her full attention to caring for her child. Her bravery and battle skills certainly give a small amount of credence to the tale of her once being a warrior. And yet, anytime anyone asks, Tamora merely smiles and dodges the question.

Regardless of her past, it is clear that in the present, her enjoyment comes out of caring for hatchlings. And everyone knows that if it came to it, she would lay down her life to protect them.

However, here is more about Tamora's past for those who wish to know:

Tamora grew up in the ice flight, with parents who were very intelligent and skilled collectors and catalogers. They were focused on their work and not often on Tamora and her siblings. Tamora was fine growing up independent, playing with the other hatchlings only a little bit and really focusing on her own lessons and skills.

However, when Tamora was a teenager, the dragon who was the closest to being Tamora's friend went missing. Tamora found that no one showed extreme emotion - no tears, no heartbroken dragons. How could they be so cold? Still, this was her life, her world, and Tamora ignored it.

A few years later Tamora's mother died. She doesn't tell anyone how, but she is known to blame herself for the death. Tamora couldn't take how little her father seemed to care. Sure, he cared inside, but he wasn't comforting Tamora at all. So Tamora made a reckless, brave decision. She was moving.

The journey was tough, both physically and emotionally. Tamora had to learn to really be independent and to be strong. (More about the journey, discovery of her magic and her strong side TBA)

All alone, she went to the most caring flight she knew - Nature. Right away she was welcomed. She met Andronicus, a male Guardian, and together they had DarianPyrope, Vitreus, and Quartz. After this, Tamora knew that she was meant to be a mother, meant to be surrounded by nurturing dragons. Andronicus suggested that Tamora join a clan that was just starting up. The clan had two adults and then many hatchlings who were living all alone, no parents to be found. Tamora knew that she should join this clan and take care of these hatchlings as if they were her own. And she did. She and Darian went one way, and Andronicus, Vitreus, and Quartz went another. Still, Tamora was happy to be in an environment so filled with love, and to know her children would be too. Recently she has had four more hatchlings with Igneus, a male tundra from this clan. She is happy to mother more children.
