Adrena: The Peaceful Trickster

Adrena had enjoyed making others laugh for as long as she could remember. Even as a hatchling nothing made her as happy as bringing joy to the other dragons. She practiced magic tricks, comedy, and anything else she could think of to help brighten the day for her clan.

If a dragon was sick or injured, Adrena was almost always to be found nearby trying to distract them from their pain or discomfort. In bad weather she can be found with the hatchlings, telling them funny stories and doing shadow puppets to distract them.

Of course, as a trickster she enjoys her fair share of pranks too, but never harmful ones. No, Adrena's only goal is to bring laughter and never at the expense of others. She truly believes that the best laughter is had laughing *with* others and not at them.

She often wears somewhat comical or eclectic clothing as another way to bring happiness as well as to make herself seem very welcoming. She wears body paint and bows to offset her mostly black and grey skin; and she is rarely seen without some kind of funny eye-wear.

Adrena is well liked by all clan members and even travels with the ambassadors from time to time if they are going to a more difficult area where plague dragons are usually not welcome. She helps to put both them and the other dragons present at ease as well as enhancing the ability of others to see the ambassadors simply as dragons. Perhaps some of her gift comes from originating in a light clan, but she would never trade her life in the plaguelands.
