Cho began life in Fishspine Reef, adventuring among the coral-covered bones of long forgotten beasts. Her mother was exalted when she was just old enough to leave the nest. After this she became obsessed with the idea of following in her mother's footsteps. As she grew, she ventured into the Leviathan Trench, training for the same glory of exaltation. In this she found a new passion. She chose to leave her old dreams of serving her deity behind to bring that same honor to others. For years she wandered not only the Sea of a Thousand Currents, but all of Sornieth and trained young dragons to serve under many deities. While she was by no means legendary, she always took pride in her work and her trainees.
One fateful day, Cho happened to meet a snow white fae in the Scarred Wasteland, near the borders with Dragonhome and Starfall Isles. The fae introduced herself as Firaga and, after a friendly conversation, invited Cho to join her fledgling clan to train their young dragons. Cho agreed to visit for a while to see if it was a good fit. Since then, she has lived happily in Poromna Clan as one of their champions. Though not the strongest, she is an indispensable part of their coliseum team. Teaching younger dragons is still her true passion. Many of the clan's hatchlings train under her before serving under the Arcanist, who allows the clan of all flights to live in Starfall Isles.

Her trainees often see her as a stern, motherly figure. She is strict with them, but also praises them for their accomplishments and does her best to assist them through their failures. With her warm personality, it is no surprise that many of her clanmates enjoy her company. She is friendly in return, but is only truly close with Magiro, her fellow champion. The two not only train young dragons together, but also eat most meals together. Cho openly admits that Magiro's silly kindness helps her to stay grounded and not be too hard on their trainees.
