But . . . those gorgeous magenta eyes . . . the way her thin, transparent wings reflected the light that shone through the forest leaves. The way she glimmered . . . she was so beautiful, even unconscious, oh lord, please, forgive me . . .

but the dragon who came to her rescue caught the same infectious feelings.
