Put in charge of menial leadership tasks, Baning controls hunting parties, aerial patrol, border patrol, raid parties, warrior fleets, and any other battle-type organizing. Within the clan, she is so respected that many see her as more of an official leader than Pox or Lionfish. Her many duties keep her in constant contact with the workers, and she is so irreverently energetic and spirited that they all care deeply for her. She is the least likely to ever face an attack from inside the clan of any Council member. She would be more likely to lead a revolution than fall to one.

Baning is a brash and fiery dragon. She can be impudent and tactless in her endeavors, though she always means well and tries to do right by those she commands. Lead by a strong moral code, she plans with the greater good of the clan in mind. She genuinely cares for them all, and though she will put on a facade that she is detached from it all, it is clear that her intentions are genuinely good and just.

Despite her Council role, Baning has remarkably rebel-like ideologies that she largely keeps to herself. Her main concern is that of the lower class dragons, who get treated as expendable when they are, in fact, the most important part of the city's function. There would be no Cinder without the workers, and she knows this. Though she keeps her loyalties to Pox, her heart belongs to the workers and to freedom.
