Raster CRUEL | DECEITFUL | RUMINATIVE | CALCULATING | LONELY Shade

It has been several years since the last clan to occupy this area perished, leaving this young shade parasite to survive off what meager life it found. Awakened from its long period of relative stasis by the arrival of Asteri's clan, the being accounts for the most vigorous and devastating attacks on the small outpost.

The shade creature, dubbed "Raster", is particularly intriguing to Asteri because of its apparent level of sentience and occasional hesitation to kill, as if inside, there's still a shred of the dragon it used to be.

The parasite itself is keenly intrigued by dragonkind, and ventures further and further into its inquiry with every attack and victim taken.
"Oh, it hurts when I do this to you? Fascinating."





Raster is equally interested and disgusted in sentiments and emotions. The concept that a dragon would do stupid things out of spite or risk everything for someone they love is hilarious and it has taken note to exploit this whenever possible, but at the same time it feels a lurching sickness -perhaps nostalgia- when thinking more deeply about this.
