Solo

Sacredscream did not expect to find any survivors when he flew over the ruins of his former clan, but there, among the smashed eggshells, was one, faintly glowing, no longer hovering, but intact egg. He carried it with him to Clan Yonder, the clan created by the other two survivors of the attack. There hatched Solo, quiet, small, but healthy.

She was raised by Sacredscream, who became like a father to her. She grew up surrounded by books and scrolls and songs. She grew to see the wonder of the world, and little did she know it, but her existence saved Sacredscream's life.

She has a proficiency for storytelling, and often travels in hopes of discovering more. She is introverted, and doesn't like to be the center of attention in large groups. When she tells her stories, she prefers to tell them in smaller groups of dragons, as she gets nervous and stutters when talking to large groups.

While growing up, her best friend was Bray. They ended up falling in love, but unfortunately they were kept apart by Azra's takeover, as Azra would surely see their hatchlings as a threat. When Solo did have Bray's eggs, she kept the identity of the father a secret, and raised her children mostly on her own. Only one of them made it past Azra's brutal training.

Now that Azra has been overthrown, Solo continues to work alongside her adoptive father. Both Bray and their son, Faran, left the clan shortly after the rebellion. She does not know where they have gone, but when she travels in search of more stories, she keeps an eye out for them. Perhaps one day, she will see them again. In the meantime, she has found great support and love among her clanmates, and their love, as well as Sacredscream's, have kept her from falling too deep into her grief. Now she tell stories of the bravery of those who fought in the rebellion, particularly of Faran and Bray, when she travels and shares her story. She hopes that someday, they will become a sort of legend.
