Voluspa originally lived in a different flight that is stationed on the opposite side of the Sea of a Thousand currents. Soon after entering adult-hood, another tundra pack established themselves nearby. Delighted to have more of their species close, his father, the leader, went to extend his friendship. However, it turned out that the other flight's leader was an old foe. As a result the two packs began fighting. Voluspa later asked why they were enemies, but his father claimed that he no longer remembered.
The gentle giant he is, the tundra was upset by the violence and decided to leave, but not before his mother gave him her necklace. It was both given as a parting gift, and in hopes that her son wouldn't forget them.

Voluspa has above average intelligence than most tundras, and tries very hard to remember things and better himself. Alouette helps tutor him when she's home, and he even stays up late at night to study. Unfortunately this habit has strained his eyesight and he now requires glasses.
The tundra is fascinated by craftsmanship and design, whether it's something in nature, expanding the lair, or a simple child's toy.
Since he was a hatchling, Voluspa always had a way with animals. He often would bring one back to his den in hopes of keeping it, though attempts were in vain. As he grew older he expanded his gift onto familiars, and eventually became a self-taught and self-acclaimed Familiar Tamer. To this day he still maintains the practice, but for the most part has handed it off to his daughter, Frija. He much prefers studying and practicing craftsmanship.

Nightsky Furian: Named Mongo [he/they]
Became acquainted with Voluspa as he was journeying away from his home. Not much else is known about their history together, but he is loyal. Enjoys sunbathing and taking nighttime flights. He is always at Voluspa's side when he attempts to train a familiar in case things go awry.
Mottled Sea Serpent: Named Ajax [he/they]
Found as an egg after a Maren school accidentally lost it. Even though he is growing up surrounded by the Chronicles Flight, he still has a wild and fiery spirit. Has had to be "put in his place" by Mongo before, after he attacked Voluspa. Still in training, obviously (update:no longer in training). Enjoys hunting and being praised for his strength. Dislikes having his fins being touched.

1) Favorite food is winter's delight.
2) Voluspa is a fan of sweets.
3) Prefers peace over conflict, like the majority of his species. Even his fighting ability isn’t the best.
4)Because of his thick coat, Voluspa doesn't like wearing clothes. His current attire is a golden birdskull necklace, which was a gift from his mother, and an umbral wreath that was given to him by Aether. The spiral gave it to him in hopes that it would help cool him down.
5) Many of his clanmates prefer to nap beside him if given the chance, he is big and fluffy and very comfortable. Basically, he's a portable bed.
6) The Heatherbed Lilly is for Alouette. ~
