You might expect a mirror to be smooth to the touch. In this dragon's case, that expectation holds true, even when tracing the lines of those peculiar glowing tattoos. Did you even ask first before poking your fingers all up in the poor dragon's business? Honestly, just because someone is only half-dressed doesn't mean you should be taking liberties!

Maybe you wouldn't expect someone so concerned with the welfare of others to take up the mantle of adventurer. Maybe you'd comment that someone so concerned with a "minimize harm" outlook should really look to running a clinic, or doing charity work. Cegnalo, however, finds that League employment takes them exactly where they need to be. (Trust a water dragon to be annoyingly smug about their agenda.)

While little is known about the relatively small Whimsical Wave Clan from which they hail, we can only assume that Cegnalo's peculiar sense of humor and perpetual good mood originate from the eccentric group. At least moving in to League holdings didn't require too much of a journey. Not that the mirror seems inclined to having much in the way of possessions, either; aside from a few personal effects, they're fairly content with a minimalistic approach. We're not entirely sure where all of the money from adventuring goes.
