Despite being much more talkative than his mate, it seems that the clan knows even less about Antares than they do Aldebaran. Scarred from conflicts that nobody has managed to get a clear story about, some have formed the theory that Antares is actually a great hero of old, awakened after centuries of slumber to serve the progenitor, his new master. Those who subscribe by this theory have managed to connect his traits to a number of ancient heroes - but find themselves unable to account for an equal number of elements.

Others believe that the story is simpler. It is well known that Antares had once been a guardian.
