Biography

First Clutch 4 Eggs Get by TereFielle
Second Clutch 3 eggs Get by Terefielle

Aquailia was from the clan of Mikha. She had a wonderful childhood there and learned every thing she set her mind to. Then her mother went to support the army of their diety. This saddened Aquailia as she and her mother were quite close. Finally she told her father she could not live there any more. She missed her mother too much to stay and saw her everywhere in her memories. Being an understanding father he helped her pack what she needed for the journey and hugged her goodbye at the door.

As she wandered she found she had a talent for healing. her sensitive feelers pointed out to her what to combine for the best results. She became fascinated with this and started experimenting on her own. Soon she was selling this potion or that cream as a traveling sales person.

One day picking up shell for components along the beach she became distracted by a beautiful shell she found and while studying it she stepped on some kind of strange sea creature with spines that had washed up dead. Quickly she pulled the spines out and forced blood from the wound. It was too late the poison was already taking hold. Scouring the beach for some kind of antidote she came across a small shell that had a bit of it's former creature left just at the edge. yes this was exactly what she needed. Dizzy and in pain she set up her small cauldron and started a fire. Now just to collect enough of these small shells to concoct a remedy. Just as she started working another dragon lit on the sand and watched. When he offered to help she almost swooned in relief.

Days later she was still grateful for his help. With out him she probably would have died. It still rankled a bit as daily she had to re-find her delicate instruments he had "borrowed" for this or that. Quickly she deduced he meant no real harm. He did not even get upset that he had been caught. And if she needed anything formally hers or something she had never owned. He always seemed to be able to come up with it or a good enough variant to do what she needed to do. She started teaching him what she needed found and how it needed to be gathered. On this type thing he was the best and fast to boot.

Soon Aquailia started thinking of TereFielle as more than a traveling companion. Daily she went through his finds and returned what needed to be returned before they went to their next destination. Most the things he gathered were not even missed until she got out of him where he had "found" the item and made a point of returning it.

After some lengthy traveling they cut through a heavily wooded area near the Hewn City heading for the east coast of the Light Weavers realms. Aquailia had found each realm had different components to offer for her to experiment with. They followed a quiet stream toward their destination. After some time they came across the walkway that crossed the water to doors set in the cliff face. The walk and doors were scoured clean. This must be a clan home. Brightening Aquailia went up the walk to knock at the doors. Maybe they would buy some of her potions and creams.

Terefielle raced past her to open the door for her. She laughed inwardly. He was always the gallant gentleman. The doors opened easily with out a sound. Inside was an empty great room. Immaculately clean, it seemed strange to her it was unfurnished. Coming out of the door in the center back of the room was a Shaman. She recognized his robes of office, but those markings and shining runes seemed new. Or maybe some thing very old.

Bowing to the Shaman she asked if anyone here needed a healer. Politely he bowed back and turned and gave TereFielle a similar bow. Then in very broken common he explained no was ill at this time. Soon a large guardian dragon and two mirrors joined them. The shaman made the proper introductions and quietly headed out the front door.

Ignis, Geddra, and Skyfire conferred quietly with one another. Then Ignis spoke up. "It would honor us healer if you would stay the night and perhaps we can make an arrangement on your salves and potions.

Aquailia quickly caught this was not a normal transaction. They seemed to have no wares to offer. She was tired from the days traveling though so consented to stay a bit and maybe share some news with the small clan. Nodding Ignis took them to the next lower level and showed her sleeping quarters there. "You may have your pick. Unpack and refresh yourselves. We have not eaten yet this evening. Sup will be around sundown in the great hall. You are welcome to join us."

During supper Aquailia found herself seated next to the shaman while a similar looking female sat with TereFielle. Soon she and Yaasai were in deep conversation about different plants and the properties they held. She was amazed at his in depth knowledge of rare plants and the care of them. As they finished eating he offered for her to look at their collection of the same plants. Aquailia was floored when she walked out into the garden. There were the rarest of plants from many of the isles growing in rampant wild growth all over the huge garden. She could spend years experimenting with every thing that was here.

Aquailia was suddenly startled when Geddra spoke behind her. She had not heard him following her. "It would be nice to have a healer remain here. One would be most welcome."

Aquailia wanted to turn and accept the invitation instantly. And she almost did. Then she saw Terefielle standing behind Geddra. He already had some thing he was looking at in his paw. She did not need to see what it was to know it did not belong to him. "I could only stay if TereFielle could stay too. I am afraid you would not want him here for long."

About then Shaynaya ran into the throne room. "One of the silver ink wells has grown legs and walked away. And it did that while I was using it."

"TereFielle you must give the librarian back her inkwell." Aquailia said in a quiet voice. Pained by embarrassment she tried to push past Geddra to run away from this place.

Geddra stopped her. In his broken common tongue. "We know well the reputations of these ridgebacks. Already we have considered this. Our need here is great. We would still like for you to stay. if you would consider it."

Aquailia almost fell over when they were not just put out. "He will not stop "finding" things. I have tried and nothing stops him from collecting."

Geddra just laughed. "And your reputation has proceeded you because of this I think." He motioned Aquailia to follow him. Going to the lower floor and taking a turn past what had been a vendor stall he showed her a very spacious lair that was more or less in two parts. It had an entry way that kept the back of the lair more private."If you can get him to put his "finds" here. Then every one will know where to find their missing items. Who knows he may "find" things that have been lost for centuries and become a boon to this clan."

Aquailia quickly looked over the new lair. Some how when she looked before she had not seen the opening. Then she noticed there was a hidden door that closed and matched into the wall. It was a hidden lair. Perfect for hiding treasures. Terefielle was already studying the wall. With a few well placed claw scrapes he fashioned a shelf into the solid rock. Then using a single claw tip he scraped vining leaves into the solid rock making it appear the shelf had grown there and turned to stone instead of being scraped out. Quickly he emptied his pockets of items into the shelf and carefully set them into a pleasing display.

"We will be happy to stay. As long as every one understands that TereFielle means no harm. And they need not knock to come in here to get any thing they need." Aquailia beamed. She really did not think she would ever live in a clan again with her friend. This was much more than she could have ever hoped for.

Later after they had time to set things away in their new lair. ShpyonAof came to the door and knocked gently. Her common was pretty bad. But with a few waves of her paw she let Aquailia know she was needed. ShpyonAof took her out the front door. Terefielle was following. A storm was brewing up quickly. Then Terefielle raced past Aquailia and ShpyonAof knocking them off their feet. Aquailia emptied her basket on the floor and raced after him. Baby Fae were falling out of the trees at an alarming rate.
