Nesa Founder | Queen
 Backstory Nessa drew in a quiet breath, as deep as she dared. If she were found, her life would be short and excruciating. Curfew for her kind had long since passed, and yet, it was somehow worth it. She was still short of treasure for her bribe, and without that, she’d soon lose her bracelet, the only connection she had to a mother she’d never met and the love she’d never known. At last, she spied something glinting in the streaks of sunlight coming down from the floorboard high above. Few worker dragons still worked on the normal levels of the complex, however careless clients sometimes dropped treasure down to the undercity. As she reached towards it, a shadow fell over it. She turned and ran the moment her eyes met those of the guard. As she ran, she caught the outline of an emaciated dragon against the setting sun. Hoping for an ally, she ran towards him with only a short backwards glance. His eyes widened at the sight of her, but he appeared to understand her plight and he pushed her into the shadows of a nearby alcove. She looked up at him. She pitied the worker males their lowered food rations compared to the breeding females, but couldn’t help but feel a twinge of envy each time she witnessed their freedom. Their status was considered above hers in society (although the male breeders were the highest ranking), and they were obviously better treated. No scars were visible from too tight restraints or overenthusiastic breeding males, which were common in her female brethren. The next thing she knew the guard tried to claw her, and they were both running again. Running for the outskirts of the complex, and into freedom. Safe at last from the complex, she and Drogon set up their own clan in the fire flight. She happily allows her children to be exalted to the Flamecaller to fight for the freedom and safety they now have.
