Before the clan was developed, Benny was known as a mindless berserker. A dragon consumed with only to drive to survive and protect, knowing no more in his life other than those two things. As a young hatchling, he learned the power lied in survival of the fittest. After a fated encounter with Charlotte, he learned about the power of love and friendship, and how vital it was to true survival. But it would take him many more fated encounters and changed perspectives with his clan mates to learn that power didn’t lie in survival and violence, but in knowledge and compassion. So it was as an adult, that he truly learned about living.
