Despite the hatred her species has for water, Anuska is not only from the Water Flight, but is often seen flying above the waters near Focal Point. She was gifted a dream of dragonkind taking not to the sky, but to the sea on great wooden sailing vessels. She is a bit imperious, constantly pestering Tien and Langley about the history of the world before the Age of Dragons and how one would create such a structure, respectively. She is also known to bribe young Maren to fish up relics related to her visions of waterborne structures for her. Once she has enough knowledge of such things from a time long forgotten, she plans on pestering Tickertwee until he agrees to help her build such a thing.

Anuska has since collected a group of likeminded dragons that she affectionately calls her 'Crew'.
