Ishkur is one of the eleven flight representatives in Rosewood Glade. As such, he has taken a vow of celibacy to better serve his Flight, and Clan. Ishkurs duties include tending to the needs of all Lightning affiliated dragons, and demonstrating common Lightning Flight traditions.
