Backstory
Once a notorious pirate before a horrible ship wreck. After the crash a powerful Water dragon took pity on her and despite being a Shadow dragon, admired the way she had handled the sea, and gave her his blessing. Unable to change her element completely, she was granted the oracle-like powers of the water flight. This combined with her already shadowy heritage caused her to become a sea witch.
