Shar

Shar, despite being of the Plague flight, is a rather sweet dragon. She's odd, of course – but every dragon in Tamra's lair is a bit odd. And while she has a tendency to wander off to the newly-made tower of the lair and sit there, watching the stars and whispering about some grand story, she looks positively boring next to Elena, and the reason she was kicked out of her original lair in the first place is that she's not so big on spreading disease.

But Shar is just as wrapped up in the threads of some chaotic story as any other in Tamra's lair. Perhaps it's Tamra's story. Perhaps it's Shar's, or Kaladin's, or that of some yet-unborn hatchling. Perhaps it's all in Shar's own mind, as she occasionally considers. Perhaps there is no story at all, and Shar is just murmuring threads of half-forgotten dream.

But the part that the first few of the lair remember is that Shar arrived, half-starved and clutching her pearl, and collapsed a few feet from the lair. Elena found her and got Tamra, and Tamra got Kaladin, and soon Shar was dragged inside and babbling about some impossible spell, begging Tamra or Kaladin or Migora or Elena or anyone to find a way, she doesn't want to be part of the Plague flight anymore...
