Lazule wandered into Lightning territory while he was seeking treasure. He was hurt while trying to get a particularly nice gem from a chasm. He managed to get to a friendly looking clan, but collapsed before he could ask for help. Luckily for him, the dragons of Clan Verlorene have a very good healer, who was able to heal him with no trouble.

Lazule decided after that to ask to stay with this clan, as his birth clan had rejected him when he wanted to be a treasure hunter rather than a priest of the Lightweaver like the rest of his clan. The dragons of the clan accepted him happily, knowing that his skills would bring wealth and prestige to their clan. Lazule travels all around the world looking for valuable treasures. His many and varied finds are shared with his clan members, who wear the apparel he finds, and decorate their dens with the beautiful items he finds.
