Leone, Wispa's little brother, is actually the financial adviser of the Clan Yelena! He is a very timid kind of dragon and doesn't do well with the rowdier personalities in the clan, but one thing he is really good at is managing treasure! He seems to have a very ingrained knowledge of how treasure affects a clan and how easily it can waste away with a bad trade or two, so they've put his mind to good use!
He is never seen without his older sister Wispa and the pair are entirely inseparable. Some dragons used to make fun of him for it, but they have since gotten a huge scolding. Wispa functions as the treasurer, so the two even have to work together!
