Background

Ceinlys is a master sculptor, making pottery in his spare time. Ever since he was young, his claws have always been stained with clay. One day, after he had spent months on a masterpiece, a rough dragon tumbled in after a fight and crushed it. The dragon simply laughed at the startled look on Ceinlys' face until he pounced. Ceinlys put all of his emotional energy and pain into his work, and seeing it be ruined made it all come out. His claws, tempered from the heat of the kiln, cut through the dragon like butter. No one bothered him again, but the clan was wary of him. He grew tired of the paranoia and fear, so he left. He wandered the land, looking for new materials to sculpt with and new sights to be inspired by. He wandered upon the Kiran clan by accident, peddling his wares. The clan enjoyed his work and he enjoyed the good company, so he decided to stay.

Personality

Ceinlys is a rather harsh dragon. He doesn't like to be bothered, especially if he is working on a project. He will not hesitate to nip at others if they are being annoying, though he is usually calm. He likes to have others around and talking to others, as long as they do not interfere with his work. He likes reading in his spare time and talking about everything and anything with his friends. He has a hobby of gardening, so he gets along well with the clan gardener Sunblaze. Ceinlys has a short temper, but tries his best to not let it affect his relationships with others. He can also be quite grouchy, especially if one of his pieces is not going as planned.

He is quite close with Shikai, the blacksmith of the clan, as the kiln that hardens Ceinlys' clay is next to the metal worker's forge.
