______ Verigost was born to a pirate and a noble, a rather odd, but not unheard of, pairing. Their clan was very prosperous, but not necessarily honest in all of its trade. Reserved as he was, he didn't particularly like the clan. So, even though he was still a mere hatchling, he set off in search of a new home. A long search.

______ The guardian spent a long time searching for a new clan. No where seemed to stick. Throughout the world he drifted, ever hoping to find someplace that he could live. For a brief time he lived in a water clan, had a few eggs, then left in search once more. One particular occasion, he stopped at a town in the Windswept Plateau. That's when he met her.


______ Aleiara the Star Alchemist. She was beautiful, funny, and flirty. She had approached him, and although he wasn't too interested at first, she grew on him as fast as a wildfire burns a forest. He began accompanying her everywhere, on every adventure, always keeping her out of trouble. His only question, would she want to be his mate?
