Ragana is a witch who has walked the lands of Sorineth since time immemorial. Some say that she was here before the deities, that she is beyond their strength. Others say that she is not even a dragon, that instead she came to this world tasked with the execution of all life. Whatever or whomever she is, The Nameless is relieved that she stands with them, for however long that may be.

Much about Ragana is a well-kept secret, and she prefers to keep it that way. She is a seemingly proper and elegant Guardian who lives in the rubble of Hewn City, isolated from dragonkind. Ragana is said to offer aid to those who seek her out in the ruined city, though not without a price unbeknownst to the petitioner. She is a fickle, old dragon who oscillates constantly between acts of benevolence and pure malice.
