Hailing from the icy lands of the IceWarden's domain, the only thing truly "icy" about Winterstorm is his colours. Otherwise, the Tundra male is perfectly cheerful and friendly-perhaps a tad more forward than most-a complete and utter opposite of most Ice Clan members.

He and Inzer are friends, Winterstorm having met the battle crazed Ridgeback during one of his travels. A quick fight later and a splurge of jokes ushered over a meal of shared elk resulted in the two becoming friends. Winterstorm stayed with Inzer's clan for a while before the urge to travel took over and the two parted ways, promising to meet sometime in the future.

"Sometime in the future" came about a year later-after many months of traveling, battling, meeting and then promptly leaving potential females. Eventually, the wanderer decided to travel back to see his friend only to learn that the Ridgeback brute had left the Ice lands to go chasing after a Skydancer courier.

Deciding to still continue with his plans to visit his friend, Winterstorm travelled across the seas towards the island that housed Clan Simbi where, upon arriving, he found not only his friend but also a beautiful blue skinned dragon that immediately captured his attention...

At current, Winterstorm is trying to obtain and keep Mariel's affections and get her to truly accept him as her mate for, though she claims they are mates, she is terribly uncomfortable about the idea of trusting him explicitly without question. He is willing to wait though as he believes Mariel is worth it.

He gets along great with his sister-in-law, Tiria, and is one of the few dragons who can put up with her bossy, arrogant and rather vain attitude.

He also gets along well with his sister-in-law, Ducky, and considers her energy something to be admired.

Surprisingly for a Tundra, Winterstorm is actually quite witty and lacks the Tundra species absentmindness and quiet calm. This has to do with the fact that Winterstorm used to be a snapper who was raised by a pair of energetic spiral dragons. He later changed into a tundra in order to impress a female tundra but his lengthy way of speaking caused the easily distracted female to lose interest in their conversations very quickly. As such, he forced himself to speak faster and to shorten his speeches. So while it seems like he is speaking normally, he is actually speaking quite fast.

His full name is Ice-Claw Winterstorm Simbi. He prefers to be called Winter.

Like Inzer, Winter speaks in an Irish accent.
