She doesn't quite recall when she first learned how easy it was to lull other dragons into a trance, only that it must have started rather early in her life. She wouldn't be able to explain it if anyone asked (not that anyone ever does, they never quite recall meeting her), it's so subtle and vague even she has trouble finding the edges of it. It's something in her voice combined with the way she moves her hands (the hands are very important, though she isn't sure why). All she needs to do is focus a little and then whoever she's focused on is -- well, the clinical term would be hypnotised, one supposes. The most benign use for it is just sort of talking sickly dragons out of being sick; the least benign is lightening the pockets of well-dressed marks in busy trading posts.
