The third to descend, Tsagulhi is a spreader of blight both physical and mental; all that she touches begins to rot and decay, and those who hear her whispers and muttered implications feel the gnaw of doubt and the beginnings of hopelessness.

Of the four Blightslithers, Tsagulhi is most interested in the tragedies and misfortunes that befall others and the despair that drives them towards defeat. She speaks of doom and regales all with the stories of loss and sorrow.

Tsagulhi is the mate of Shugnith, and together they are the Rise and Fall of the Four. Their union has spawned a multitude of their kind that will spread across Sornieth.

The death Tsagulhi brings is life for the millifae that feeds upon its master's fallen enemies. Lut fills the air around it with maddening chitters and screams that unnerve even the bravest dragons.
