Although unable to truly see, Artemis cares for a garden of her own in which she studies a variety of plantlife. Her magic sensory allows her to essentially see the world around her through plants, and become quite upsets if a plant under her care is messed with. (Careless dragons have been nipped either by herself or her familiar was a result). Her weakness is hatchlings though, she is gentle with them and will often share in nest supervision duties.
History
Born blind in a nest of grass, bamboo and her brother, Artemis was quick to adapt. She developed a magic-based kinship with the plants around her. Soon she was navigating the nursery just by sensing the plant growth. When she was old enough, before her mother to return to her own clan (followed by her brother) she gifted the young spiral a Blotch Pansy as a companion and a guardian. The two became inseparable and the spiral's interest in plants only blossomed from there.
