Biography

Warrior
Yuall wasn't like other coatls. Being small and cute and polite just didn't sit well with him. Being fierce, proud, and vicious was more like him, more like who he dreamed he'd be. He hated how docile his siblings all were, and the same thought extended to his parents. So, instead of being a silly pacifist, he followed the warriors of his clan, watched them fight and often wandered into the forests to practice on his own.
He would follow after magic using dragons and watch beast clans from afar, trying, desperatly trying, to find out how a little lone coatl like him could become someone powerful and dangerous. After getting chased away by a clan mage (again) he went deeper into the forest than he'd ever been before, ignoring all common sense as he stormed past the gloomy trees.
A beast clan found the roaming hatchling, and would have ended up killing him had another creature stumbled upon their merry band. This beast was nothing like any dragon nor beast that Yuall had ever seen before, and he was enchanted by its strength and speed. When he should have ran, he stayed behind, unable to look away from this creature. Even as it towered over him, claws extended and ready to rip him apart right there.
Something stopped the beast, and instead of killing him, it placed a single claw on his tiny head, looking down at him with such sad eyes....and then the creature disappeared into the night, it's roar echoing through the dark forest.
Since that fateful night, Yuall has become fascinated with the creature that saved him, with wendigos and pronghorn stompers. He's even developed a fighting style reminiscent of the way wendigos fight, in honor of the one that saved him so long ago. To this day, he still searches the forests in hopes of finding that same wendigo, hoping to offer it safety in return for sparing his life.
Though he is sometimes lacking in compassion, Yuall is an extremely patient dragon, and often the top choice for mothers when choosing a dragon to guard their nests. Hatchlings enjoy his (very censored) stories of grand battles and tales of beast clans far away from the scarred wastelands, and the fact that he'll let the bolder ones try on his helmet. When it's clean anyway.
He also tends to be the dragon that doesn't mind watching someone else's familiar. He would honestly adopt an entire hoard of familiars if he had the room in his den. Which he doesn't. His den is 90% books and the other 10% is armor and swords.
