Biography
Ah, you've met Story! She seemed grouchy, did she? Well, that's just because she's forced herself to stay here for so long. I told her to go do a round of the flights, but she would hear nothing of it! Do you want to hear my fantastic story? Since you've obviously heard of me and my exploits, I'll grant my adoring fan a gift.
It all started when a traveling merchant brought some equipment from the carrion canyon area. He claimed it would help hunters run faster, longer, and more comfortably. My partner, being the less capable of our pair, decided to get it so he could keep up with me while we hunted. We were the best hunters in the flight--but I was the best. Obviously. At least, I was.--That equipment made my partner better than I was at hunting, and that hurt, so I decided to challenge him. Normally, I would have won a resounding victory, but he won because of that blasted equipment! After that, I went in search of my own set. Everyone knows that everything is best straight from the source, so I made my way straight to the carrion canyon. Of course, a water dragon in that kind of environment was horribly inconvenient. I couldn't find water anywhere! I was so parched, the sand was beginning to look like a nice drink when I found liquid inside one of the cacti plants. After that, I used the drink to get to the canyon rather comfortably. It was terrifyingly deep to any other dragon, but I decided it would make for a scenic hike if I went down instead of over. Towards the bottom, another dragon found me. I demanded some of the equipment my partner had, and they gave me some--after a bit of encouragement and reasoning.--The apparel felt a little strange and cumbersome, but it had worked for my partner, so I wore it proudly! On my way out of the canyon, though, a ferocious beast attacked me! I fended it off easily, but its audacity to attack a daring dragon such as myself impressed me greatly. Its coloring reminded me of my watery home, so I took the creature under my wing and gave it the benefit of a home back at the flight.
That's the truth, and if anyone tells you otherwise--Well, I'll just have to duel them! Don't think I won't!
