For a dragon to be a Dripping One:
Tertiary must match the dragon's element and should be as close as possible to that element's eye color.
Black range tertiaries can be considered Shade infected.
Must have Crackle
Unless tertiary is basic, which can be considered infected asymptomatic as long as you intend to Put crackle on them eventually.

By recommendation:
Ideal Tertiary Color by flight (This is only a guideline, and these are only suggestions):

Shadow: Shadow, Mulberry, Violet, and Royal
Light: Maize, Ivory, and Banana
Ice: Ice, White, and Sky
Earth: Soil, Sand, Brown, or Chocolate
Plague: Rust through Carmine
Wind: Seafoam, Green, or Avocado
Water: Storm through Splash
Lightning: Any bright blue or blue-green
Arcane: Lavender, Magenta through Rose
Nature: Any vibrant green
Fire: Gold through Tangerine

Shade: Any Black-range, any flight
