______ Firestorm was lost. He knew that he shouldn't have strayed too far away from his hunting party, but the vole he was following looked tasty, much better than whatever they ate back at their camp. great job useless he thought you've gone and done it again. when will you ever learn- his train of thought was cut off. Emerging from the foliage was a great white dragon, her fluffy hide shining like a snow filled sky. "Lost?" she spoke "don't worry, you'll be fine." The tundra turned and silently walked out of Firestorms sight.

"Wait!' Firestorm called "Please don't go!"
he chased after her. He ran and ran and ran but to no avail. Worse, if he hadn't thought that he'd been lost before he defiantly was lost now. Suddenly, a head popped out of a bush. "Hiya! I'm Loki!" It said. Soon Firestorm realized that it wasn't just a head, but a magnificent white and gold dragon. "Follow me!" She dashed back into the bush. why does this keep happening to me?! Firestorm thought. Reluctantly, he chased after the pearlcatcher.

After Loki lead Firestorm to the camp, he slowly began to settle in, mimicking normal clan behavior and rituals. In time, Snowfall began to recognize the leader in him, and right before she left to serve the mighty windsinger, she appointed Firestorm, as leader of her clan.

Years passed, and the imperial grew tired of superiority over his clanmates. He no longer wished to be placed on a pedestal, but rather to step back, allowing another of the clan's youth an opportunity. it took a while, but he narrowed it down to two choices. One, being the beautiful Snowfall, a dragonet seemingly DESTINED to lead. The other, bore his prefix. Fireheart was a short tempered female imperial with a great mind and heart. she had passion and willpower whereas Snowfall was brilliant on the battlefield. Weeks later, he announced his decision.
Fireheart moved into the leaders den the next day.

Nobody knows the reasoning behind Firestorm's choice. Not even Fireheart. But it is said that he will reveal it when the time is right. The clan will just have to wait to hear.
