Scroll Shaman

A native of the nearby Ashfall Waste, Embershard has an unusual affinity with magic for a Ridgeback. His favorite work is with scrolls and battle magic. Caela has great trust in him, as she asked him to change her into one of his own, a Ridgeback.

When not studying his magic, Embershard tends the fires and likes to rest on a bed of glowing coals. His first mate, Nebula, though she was of Nature flight, was called to join the ranks of the Windsinger. Exaltation is the highest honor a dragon can achieve so Embershard did not argue her decision, though he misses her greatly. Since then he has found himself a new mate, a Skydancer named Horizon.


He has taken it upon himself to oversee the magical studies of younger dragons.
Mage is his apprentice and his prized student.
