Sunrise is fierce, strong, and a little bit scary. Although she is kind she is also prickly. She likes things a certain way and she is a little too stubborn to compromise. She often bullies her brother into doing things her way; Sunset does not have much of a spine so he lets her walk all over him. He is trying to work on that but it is hard to do so when Sunrise is very convincing and extremely intense.

Sunrise, and her brother Sunset, came to the Clan one day in the wee hours of the morning. They brought with them a golden aura of strength and prosperity. They were both hardly out of their hatchling stage but they were disciplined and fully trained in the ways of the samurai. Each wear's a full set of armor that is finely made and delicately etched. They went straight for Etherea's den and talked with her for a full day and night. Then they emerged which was greatly anticipated by the rest of the Clan. They grabbed a quick byte to eat then took up posts outside of Etherea's den. Ever since they have sworn themselves to protect her no matter what. They are kind but fiercely strong and honorable. They do not let anyone pass who they do not know. Many have asked why the two came to protect their leader and all they say is that Etherea has a great destiny ahead of her.


Although Sunrise is very independent somehow she fell in love. Puck is too sweet for her not to have fallen for him. Plus, what Sunrise loves the most, is that he is independent just like her. They enjoy their time together but they both agree they need their time alone as well. But they are often seen holding tails atop of The Observatory as the Sun begins to rise above the horizon.
