Cynthia is a refugee from Ice and and the last priestess of a small sect of moon-worshipping, shape-shifting Coatl; banished from their homes for their pale plumage, they found solace in the night, and a way to harness the magic of the moon. She was found starved and traumatized, and folded into the clan once she had adequately recovered form her ordeal. Sigil showed up shortly afterward.

Her personality is aloof without being cold; she instantly warms to any dragon in need. Other dragons are naturally drawn to her poise and air of mystery. Her relationship with Sigil is a strange one; they are pair-bonded and extremely loyal to one another, and yet show no affection at all. No one knows how they met or why Sigil wasn't around to help her.

Cynthia is quite skilled in a variety of healing arts, most particularly Shen disorders such as mania due to her powerful connection to the moon. Unflappable, never judgemental, she is the go-to in the clan for emotional issues.
