Nellie is a candy maker with her own shop in the market square, IcingSugarBeauty is one of her employees. She's a very kind but very shy and anxious dragon, so IcingSugarBeauty usually mans the front of the store while Nellie is in the back making candy. When no one is in the shop both Nellie and IcingSugarBeauty are in the back developing new candies, and which each new candy they create come taste tests. They eat the candies themselves and if they both approve, they make a small batch to share with friends and get opinions. If the candies get a majority approval a larger batch is made and introduced in the store.
