Ebisu is an old warrior that has seen many a battle. He is therefore very calm and calculating. He does the best strategic move not the one that brings him the most pride or glory, he has seen enough fools die for pride and glory. His extensive experience has trained him to see the whole battle field and he masterfully places himself in the place he can do the most for his team without taking any stupid risks. The younger soldiers look to him for strength and everyone is very calm and effective when working with him. He has yet to loose any under his direct command as he makes sure they all get rid of any foolish notion of glory before he brings them out in battle. He is not flashy but without Ebisu's calm and calculating mind the clan would be much smaller and most definitely displaced.
