Biography
Deniere grew up in the lap of luxury. Her parents, nobles of high ranking, gave her everything her heart desired – the finest silks, the brightest flowers, and the comfiest beds that treasure could buy. But despite all the riches around her, Deniere could most often be found down in the kitchen of her lavish home talking to the cooks and watching them prepare gourmet meals, and training to become a chef. Her parents, happy to indulge their little girl, let her travel to the marketplace with the kitchen staff, and it was here where she met Alyx amongst the aromas of herbs and spices. He was smitten with her green eyes, which reminded him of summer, and she adored his odd but charming ways and his care for others. As time passed, they both settled down together, and are companions to this very day.
Deniere’s kitchen always has a savory and delicious smell wafting from its flower-hung windows, and Deniere is more than happy to give out samples to dragons passing by! Using her husband’s delicious produce and fresh herbs, she cooks up the finest dishes in all of Sorneith, and has even taken on an apprentice or two to teach. When she isn’t in the kitchen, Deniere can be found mingling amongst the clan, gossiping and catching up on the latest news. Her jovial nature makes her popular in the clan, but she still spends lot of time in the kitchen and helping her husband tend to his crops.
Deniere is the lovable aunt that every dragon wishes they had. She often bakes cookies and leaves them in dragon’s lairs, and will gladly gossip and crack jokes for hours over a shared meal. Her wealthy upbringing has made her accustomed to the finer things in life, but she is content as long as she has a hot oven, some good food, flowers, and Alyx. Still, she keeps a stash of delicacies underneath the bags of flour in her kitchen for when her cravings simply can’t wait, and always insists on the softest pelts for her bed.
First female ever of her color!
