Ravi's light egg was found nearly frozen over in Icewarden's territory by scavenging dragons. None of them ever found out how it had gotten there or why it had been abandoned but they took it back to their clan to protect it from further harm, eventually hatching it into a small guardian dragon, who they named Ravi. She quickly won over their hearts and took a place as a guard in their clan. She held this position for nearly a year before there was an instinctual pull to leave her clan.

Most of the dragons in her adoptive clan weren't surprised. All guardians go through the search at some point and they allowed her to leave without any hard feelings, though they did make sure she knew they would miss her. Ravi left the cold territory, following the pull in her heart of hearts until she was deep within Plaguebringer's barren, disease filled, lands. Her search eventually led her to Death Clan's territory where the guards brought her to their leader, Cerberus. After a quick explanation of her reason for intruding on their domain Cerberus granted her permission to rest before leaving for her journey again.

She never left however. Later that night there was a disturbance within the clan near the vault as a wandering rogue mirror snuck into the clan. Ravi was the first to respond and drove the enemy off without thinking about the fact she wasn't a real dragon in the clan either. Upon defeating the mirror Ravi went into the tunnel and to the entrance to the vault where she sat down and waited for any other attacker. When Cerberus and the other dragons learned about what she had done the next morning she was offered a place in the clan. Ravi accepted, the feeling of needing to search for a charge was gone, her charge was protecting the vault and all the content within.

Rarely does Ravi come out of the cave and dragons who come to take things out or place valuables in the vault claim she has become one with the cave. Her body has vines growing on it while light from holes in the ceiling for ventilation reflect sunlight through her wings as though the membrane has started wearing thin. Cobwebs cover her body as well but Ravi doesn't seem to care, in fact, she nearly never moves from her spot unless a dragon approaches her. They claim it is as if a shadow is moving out from the cave wall itself with two glowing yellow eyes opening to stare into their soul. The most her clanmates ever hear from her now is if there is a threat to the vault and what they can gleam from her Loga when it comes out to fetch her meals and water.
