Ember
Ember has served as the Captain of the Guard almost since she pipped out of her egg. Alina the forest-seer marked her as particularly gifted in the art of combat.
The imperial troops laughed to see her wielding a tiny blade among them -- until they realized the speed with which she wields it.
Now they fear seeing her golden wings and weapon flashing in the sun.
She always fights with her eyes on another...
