“We grow with our hometree and the tree grows with us. Living together, in harmony, is soul-soothing to me.”

Working closely with Feronwy, the two of them listened to the Songtree and the subtle music it made. "Woodworm?" Feronwy suggested as Verathynna made notes to improve some dens. Caerashin sighed sadly. Their protective mother was ill. But this was what he had been born to do - heal trees. Borrowing some power from the Nature Priest, they began to work.

Fated from birth to be a Treetender, his parents spent countless hours training him, honing his magical skills. Starting with small flowers and moving up to saplings, Caerashin showed more promise than most of his other clanmates. This raised some unwanted emotions and Caerashin quickly moved on to another place, following a sound which later on turned out to be the Songtree - his new home.
