Buttercup has always loved bugs. From worms to butterflies to spiders, all creepy-crawly things are included as her favorite creatures. Even at a young age she collected bugs and kept them in small containers, learning how to catch and care for them. A peppy and enthusiastic dragon with a genuine, deep caring for others, Buttercup is a master of multi-tasking and keeping track of things. She can be a bit childish and naive, letting her eagerness get the better of her in numerous situations. Thanks to her love of bugs, Buttercup is the clan's official leader of bug catching expeditions and a professional bugkeeper. Her two best friends are fellow Wildclaws Zeke and Nathaniel; she is proud to be the one who put them on the path to becoming mates (a claim Rosevine would give anything to take for herself). She even acted as a surrogate mother for their hatchlings and considers herself a part of their family in a way.
