Biography

Nessia's father raised her and her siblings on stories about how, when he was young, his pearl was stolen. It took him several years of desperate searching to recover it, but the thief escaped and was never caught.

While those stories made most of her siblings timid and afraid, she went the opposite direction- Nessia trained herself in offensive alchemy, learning how to make all manner of explosives, smoke bombs, and trap triggers, and she steps out into the world every day braced to be ready for anything.

If she or her Shadow element stealth-enchanter mate ever catch up with that pearl thief, they'll finally get what's coming to them.
