The first thing anyone notices when they first meet Amaranth is a heavy feeling of unease in the air surrounding her. Her runes shimmer with a faint, mystic energy, and a lingering sense of being watched from all angles winds its way into the heart of any visiting dragon. While she may be a fortuneteller, Amaranth has rumors of a darker past trailing everywhere she goes, hints of a forbidden magic imbuing her with her powers.

It may be true that she can see into the future, and it may not be. What is undeniable is her past- she was a proficient user of darker magics, and while she kept her work secretive so nobody would remember her, her actions are still felt through the land. Some say the whispers of the trees in the dead of night are her work, and some still claim she was able to manipulate one's very own blood. Whatever it is she truly did, the rumors of such still follow her.

That's not to say the clan won't come to her for her services. She has a reputation for her accuracy, whether her predictions be in cryptic messages, poem, or otherwise. If you have something you wish to be foretold, Amaranth is the one to come to- provided you have the treasure and willpower to not be shook by the rumors, of course.
